Privacy Policy

Republican Authority is an online apparel store operating in the United States. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

• Order information: your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and billing address.
• Payment information: card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We keep only the card brand, the last four digits, and the payment result so we can support your order.
• Account information: if you create an account, your email address, name, password (stored encrypted), saved addresses, and order history.
• Messages you send us: contact form submissions, custom design requests, return requests, and product reviews.
• Technical information: IP address, browser type, device type, and approximate location, used for fraud prevention and to keep the store working correctly.

• To process, fulfill, and ship your orders.
• To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and replies to your messages.
• To send marketing email, only if you have signed up for it. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
• To prevent fraud and abuse.
• To understand which products and pages perform well so we can improve the store.

We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is needed with:

• Stripe — to process payments and refunds.
• Printify and its print partners — to produce and ship your order.
• Resend — to deliver our email.
• Google — for measurement and advertising. We use Google Analytics to understand how the store is used, and Google Ads conversion measurement to know when an ad led to a purchase. • Law enforcement or regulators when we are legally required to.

We use browser storage to keep your shopping cart, your wishlist, and your signed-in session working. These are required for the store to function. We also use cookies from Google for the measurement and advertising purposes described above. Advertising cookies are disabled for visitors in regions that require prior consent (including the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and Quebec). You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on and manage ad personalization at Google Ad Settings.

Order records are kept for at least seven years for tax and accounting purposes. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete it. Marketing email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time. You can update your name, email address, and saved addresses yourself from your account page. To make any other request, email us at support@republicanauthority.com.

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.

Our store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Traffic to our store is encrypted. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS-certified processor. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password for your account.

If we make a material change we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
