By browsing this store, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you believe someone else has access to it. We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud, abuse, or to break these terms.

• Product photos are representative. Printed placement and fabric shade can vary slightly between items.
• Prices are shown in US dollars and can change at any time before you place an order.
• Stock is limited. If an item sells out after you add it to your cart, we will tell you at checkout.
• If a price or product description is listed in error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full rather than fulfill it.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once payment succeeds and we send you an order confirmation. Payment is handled by Stripe. Sales tax is applied where we are required to collect it.

Items are made to order and typically produced in 2 to 7 business days before shipping. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession. You are responsible for entering a correct shipping address. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address may be reshipped at your cost.

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are your responsibility and are not included in the price you pay us.

• You may request a cancellation from your account page. We can only honor it if production has not already started.
• Because items are printed to order, we accept returns within 30 days for items that are defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered.
• Return and cancellation requests are reviewed by our team before a refund is issued.
• Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the item was defective or incorrect.
• Custom and personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Reviews are published only after our team approves them. Do not submit content that is unlawful, threatening, hateful, obscene, or that infringes someone else's rights, and do not impersonate anyone. By submitting a review you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the store. We may decline or remove any submission.

All designs, artwork, logos, text, and photographs on this store are owned by Republican Authority or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, resell, or reprint them without our written permission.

Do not attempt to break into the store, scrape it at scale, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

The store is provided "as is" and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Republican Authority operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
